I’ve been using the pHisoderm pH down for oily skin for one month now (I got my Babe Box March 6, 2017). I'm 19 and still suffer from a bit of acne and acne scarring. I've even visited the dermo which was unsuccessful! Phisoderm has been one of the MOST effective products I used. Its liquid and suds up when you use it and it does what a cleanser is supposed to (I use it with my clarisonic). It also doesn't have a strong smell, it actually smells like most other expensive, dermatologist approved cleansers. I love this cleanser; however, I have to be honest and say that I don’t think it’s a cure for acne. I’m not pimple free but there is a BIG difference.
It really helps minimize existing pores and it can pretty much make imperfections go away overnight. I also like that it removes makeup in one wash (I don’t use remover/toner to remove my makeup at night when I use pHisoderm).
Maybe because I’m used to having such oily skin, after using pHisoderm consistently I feel like my skin has gotten dry – too dry. I used to use a moisturizer specifically for oily skin but recently I changed it to a heavy moisturizer and this change seemed to balance everything on my skin nicely.
Anyway, like I mentioned, I’ve been using this bottle for a month now and I’ve only used one third of the formula – I’m pretty sure this bottle can last another two months at least! I will definitely be re-purchasing this pHisoerm cleanser.
