What is Babe Box?

 

BABE BOX is an online subscription service that has become a favourite amoungst people who love to be in the know! Take the hassle out of choosing between brands, new makeup products, fashion trends and new release,  Every season you can receive a minimum of 5 products delivered straight to your door.

 

What products will I find in my box?

 

Products can range from skincare, bodycare, makeup, hair, fragrance, fashion and entertainment goodies. Some participating brands are well-known, some might be brand new while others are very niche.

 

Can I pick what’s in my box?

 

Once in a while we’ll give club members the option to choose something specific but most of the time the products and samples have already been hand chosen for you!

 

Will I like everything that’s in the box?

 

The value of  Babe Box is the enjoyment of discovering new products every month. Sometimes we also have the pleasure of sharing up-and-coming and new products so you wouldn’t know that you love it (yet). We hope that you will like everything in your box but we know that everyone’s tastes are different.

 

I’d like to write a review of the product – how can I do that?

 

To write a product review, simply find the post on the product on the Babe Blog and leave a comment.  But we must warn you,  a review’s content will be rejected if it is irrelevant, uses offensive or insulting language, promotes outside interests, contains links, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.

 

Is the Gift Box different from the montly Babe Box?

Yes, The Gift Box doesn't feature the same items as the featured seasonal box - we'll usually put togehter a gift that features past favourites. They're all babe-worthy items though! . 

What is your returns policy?

 

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. However, if a product in your BABE BOX is damaged, please email returns@babebox.ca with a photo for quality purposes. We'll take it from there and offer you a replacement product.

 

Where do you ship?

 

We currently ship to all provinces and territories in Canada! We hope to expand to the US and then hopefully world domination.

 

What are the hidden fees?

 

A Shipping costs of $10 or $12 will be added at the check out, and you should keep in mind that we have to include applicable Canadian taxes (sorry, we can’t escape from this one!).

 

We strongly encourage those who intend to subscribe to read the terms and conditions, so they are aware of the any and all charges involved with our recurring service.

 

How do I change my plan?

 

If you want to change to a different subscription plan, you must wait to your current plan is expired/cancelled. Then you can go in and reactivate any time after the first of the following month, in order to avoid duplicate boxes.

 

What is the deadline to cancel my subscription?

 

Subscriptions will automatically cancel at the end of their term. If you wish to cancel your two season subscription, you must do so the month before the new season begins. There is a $15 cancelation fee if you break your contract. 

 

How will I know which box I ordered? 

 

The month that you order in is the box you'll get. Here's the breakdown

March, April, May: Spring Babe Box

June, July, August: Summer Babe Box

September, October, November: Fall Babe Box

December, January, February: Winter Babe Box:
