Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all provinces and territories in Canada! We hope to expand to the US and then hopefully world domination.
How do I return an item?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. However, if a product in your BABE BOX is damaged, please email customer@babebox.com with a photo for quality purposes, and then offer a replacement product.
What are the hidden fees?
A Shipping cost of $10 or $12 will be added at the check out, and you should keep in mind that we have to include applicable Canadian taxes (sorry, we can’t escape from this one!).
We strongly encourage those who intend to subscribe to read the terms and conditions, so they are aware of the any and all charges involved with our recurring service.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your box is on its way, you will receive an email containing a tracking number that allows you to monitor its shipment.
What are your delivery options?
At this time we are offering two options - basic shipping at $10 to $12 and expedited shipping for an extra $5.
What are your seasonal boxes?
During the months of March, April and May you'll be receiving our Spring Babe Box. From June to August will be our Summer Babe Box, September to November is the Fall Babe Box and from December to February is our chilling Winter Babe Box.
