Blissful Beauty is a Canadian beauty company that features a range of hypoallergenic products tha thave beneficial ingredients such as soothing allantoin, real silk and real pearl for their amino acids, and zinc oxide which helps sooth skin concerns such as mild acne and roseaca. We featured two different shades of their mineral highlighter, “Brightening” and “Champagne” in the Winter Babe Box. This loose powder formula features no talc, parabens, synthetic dyes (lake dyes, coal tar dyes) and no silicones. We were excited to get our – au natural – glow on!
I have acne so I’m always afraid to try new products on my face. But once I read that this brand is no talc, parabens or synthetic dyes, I felt more at ease. I received the pink “Brightening” highlighter and I really liked it. It gave me subtle pink glow on my cheek bone, and that’s all I really like to use. I appreciate that this brand is vegan too. – Nicole S, 24
This sample sized highlighter didn’t do anything for me. The “Champagne” shade works better as an eyeshadow than a highlighter. I had a hard time getting product onto my fanned highlighter brush, but like I said, it worked well as a natural eyeshadow. – Sabrina T, 21
I LOVE to use highlighter on my cheek bone and I almost used the whole sample of the “Champagne” colour. I love a dark, bronzy and bold highlighter. My only negative is that the sample-sized bottle it came it made it hard to use. – Roxanne T, 30
I received the bloggers box so I got one of each colour. The pink shade didn’t do much for my skin tone (medium tan) but the “Champagne” shade did give me a nice highlight. I had an issue with the small container though, it was almost impossible to get product onto my brush. The product is a little powdery but it blends nicely. – Holly O, 22

The product seems really powdery at first but once you blend it in, it gives you a nice, natural-looking glow. It works just as well as any other drug-store highlighter, but it’s vegan and hypoallergenic so it’s a winner in my books. - Julie R, 39
