Anyone who knows me knows I'm kind of obsessed with anything coconut related. Coconut oil has a ton of health and wellness benefits and it's a great moisturizer for pretty much any part of your body, so I can totally see why it's become an "it" ingredient. I regularly rub coconut oil all over my body as a natural moisturizer, and trust me, it's been great with this never ending cold, windy Winter we have to battle against in Canada.
Shea butter is also well known for providing moisture hair and skin, but it also helps to repair natural hair breakage and prevent itchy scalps and dandruff.
