Over 1,000 new Custom Beverage Options with the New Blonde Espresso at Starbucks Canada
I’m not a coffee drinker, so logic would say that I’m definelty not an espresso drinker either. How wrong that is! Babe Box was invited taste and see the difference of the new Blonde Roast espresso at Starbucks Canada and I went out of curiosity. But, now, I am hooked.
This new lighter roasted blend has a smooth and sweet flavour profile that is truly different from the Starbucks Signature Espresso Roast. Even as a non-espresso drinker, I can easily tell the difference in the two roasts – taking a shot of the Signature Roast almost felt like drinking straight tequila, ah, the burn!
After taking straight shots of espresso with super-awesome Barista Angela, she made us Flat Whites with Blonde Espresso and I fell in love. The drink was so creamy and smooth, I could barely tell there was espresso involved. Afterwards she made us double shots of blonde espresso over ice and I knew I was addicted (four shots of blonde espresso deep).
