Every year around late March/early April, we start feeling a little desperate. It could be for a tropical getaway, for a sign that Spring is coming soon, or even for just a simple reminder that dark Winter skies and cold temperatures aren't permanent. With the reveal of its newest collection, Benefit Cosmetics does all three . . . easing our troubled minds and warming up our pallid complexions to boot.
The brand is offering four new fabulous Spring launches that are rolling out over the next few weeks. You may have heard about the remix on the iconic Hoola, Hoola Lite, and the stunning Galifornia blush, but that's not all there is to be excited about. Read on and get your wallet ready — you'll want to rock these products ASAP.
Benefit Cheekathon Palette Review
The palette combines five of Benefit’s best-selling box ‘o powders in—get this—FULL sizes. Cheekathon comes in a cute, slim palette decorated with pink and gold. Inside you’ll find a decent-sized mirror and the five powders, along with the standard natural-bristle brush you’ll find in each individual powder too. The palette also comes with a handy how-to booklet with quick tips to enhance your complexion. It gets even better though—the powders are removable, which will allow you to refill when you’re done (because, honestly, this palette won’t last too long this Spring/Summer).

Swatched from left to right: Dandelion, Hoola, Rockateur, Dallas & Coralista
Benefit Galifornia Blush
This is the newest addition to the cult-status Benefit blush-in-a-box family. Inside the trippy metallic and pastel packaging is a gorgeous coral-pink blush embossed with a metallic gold star. You also get a bitty brush (and a mirror!) so you can apply on the go. Cooler still, this product's powder is scented! One whiff of the delicate pink grapefruit and vanilla fragrance and you'll be hooked.
Benefit Dandelion Twinkle Highlighting Powder
Though it's tucked in similar packaging to Galifornia, Dandelion Twinkle isn't a blush — it's a finely milled strobing powder. The shimmering pale pink hue is baked, so you get luminous pigment payoff with a simple sweep of the included brush.
Benefit Hoola Lite Bronzer
Many women cite Benefit's original Hoola as the product that made them a bronzer convert. But for those with ultrafair skin, the warm hue wasn't a perfect fit. That's why the brand is now introducing a lighter version of its classic formula. Benefit declares the soft caramel matte bronzer "looks believable 365 days a year." Even if you can't make it to the Caribbean this year, you can fool your friends into thinking you did.
Benefit Hoola Quickie Contour Stick
This silky cream-to-powder contouring stick is shimmer-free and ultra buildable, so you can sculpt to your heart's content without looking like a beauty tutorial gone wrong. Try pairing this formula with Dandelion Twinkle for an immediately chiseled and strobed appearance.
