Four Different Countries, Four Different Poutine Flavours, with #Smoke

Smokes Poutinerie is going on an adventure, hitting up South Asia, Korea and Jamaica, and bringing home international flavored poutine to share with Plaid Nation.

“Smoke Around The World” is the ultimate foodie’s dream that you’ll want to be a part of. Every month, for three months, Smoke’s Poutinerie will take your mouth to a different part of the world by bringing you a new international poutine flavour to the menu.

March 6 kicked off the campaign with a visit to India. The insanely addictive flavours of grilled chicken with a rich and creamy butter chicken sauce, topped with fresh green onions is guaranteed to make your mouth-water. Combine all of this goodness on top of crisp fries and you have the perfect Indian Poutine.

Next up on the international food trip in Korea on April 3 (super excited for this one!), Jamaica on May 1 and then June 5th will bring us back home with the Oh Canada Poutine.

The final Canadian poutine coincides with a Plaid Nation celebration week, culminating on Canada Day. During the campaign, fans will get a stamp in special promotional passport booklets and can submit completed passports to their local store locations for a chance to win an all-expense paid trip for two to a beach-side Hard Rock Café location.

As Smoke travels the world seeking GLOBAL DOMINATION! #PLAIDNATION Fans can experience his journey firsthand by visiting their local Smoke’s Poutinerie and tasting the first of 4 internationally inspired poutine flavours. In return, customers will receive their very own Adventure Kit, inclusive of a complimentary passport and a truly Canadian “Flat Smoke” lumberjack character. Fans are encouraged to ‘Hit the Road’ with Flat Smoke, capture the moment and share on social media tagging Smoke’s Poutinerie on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, using the hashtag #SMOKEADVENTURE for the chance to win weekly prizes. At the end of Smoke Around the World, fans turn in their completed passport booklet for a chance to win an all-expense paid trip to the beachfront Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya in Mexico.
