The brand tweeted an ad featuring an interracial family on Friday. But rather than get psyched about a 30%-off sale, a bunch of internet trolls began bombarding the brand with racist tweets.
As a product of an interracial relationship, obviously I’m on Old Navy’s side. But I really don’t understand why this picture got a bunch of people’s panties in knots. Nowhere does it say that this is a married couple/family. Anyway, some of the tweets were pretty nasty.
But luckily a lot of people clapped back with positive tweets. I mean, it’s is 2016 people. Interracial couples are not that rare. #LoveWins every time.
