Being a YouTube creator is probably one of the coolest jobs out there right now and it’s about to get a whole lot cooler.

In support and celebration of our digital success, Toronto officially has opened up a YouTube Space that offers workshops and programming at no cost to Canadian creators who are looking to build their channels.

YouTube Space Toronto will be a creative industry incubator, offering creators an opportunity to learn from industry experts, connect with fellow YouTubers in a collaborative setting and use the latest film equipment to create more ambitious and innovative video content.

Located at at George Brown College’s Centre for Arts, Design & Information Technology, this 3,500 square foot facility gives YouTube creators a professional studio where they can access high-quality camera equipment - including 360 and virtual reality cameras - lights, a sound stage and sets.
