What can I expect to happen at this event?
First, we will have our Babe Boss, Jessica Harwood, give a quick demonstration on four things bloggers need to get recognized by blogs so that they can start booking paid collaborations. Then our panel of Instagram Babes and Bloggers will lead a HANDS-ON photo taking workshop with our event brands like Lipdiol and Smoke’s Poutinerie (yes, that’s right, you’ll be fed at this event too!). You’ll want to pay close attention and participate because those who share their posts on Instagram will be entered into multiple contests with great prizes – like a $100 Shoppers Drug Mart gift card! Once the workshop is done, we’ll play nice music, sip some drinks and mingle.
What is your purpose for this event?
While putting our motto of “babes helping babes” in the forefront of this workshop, we want to continually support bloggers and influencers with knowledge that’ll help them to hone the skills needed to pursue their passion of being a social media influencer.

Who can attend this event?
Anyone and everyone who is interested in participating in a hands-on Instagram workshop.
What should I wear?
Dress to impress! There will be a photographer on site so this could be your opportunity to get some awesome pictures of yourself as you mingle with fellow bloggers.
Do I have to bring anything?
Bring your phone (as if you ever leave your house without it) or a camera if you prefer to take your Instagram photos this way. We’d also suggest bringing a few business cards if you have them – build your network whenever you can!
Do I have to pre-purchase my ticket? Can I RSVP and then pay for my ticket at the door?
The space is very limited in our small photography studio so having tickets is our way of crowd control. Priority spots will go to those who have pre-purchased tickets. If you do not use PayPal, and want to attend our event, please email info@babebox.ca and we’ll try to figure something out together.
Is PayPal the only payment you accept?
Yes.
What if I can’t attend anymore, can I get my money back?
We understand that life happens and you might get called into work or get caught up at school. We can not refund your ticket but we can replace your name with someone else’s so that they can enjoy the workshop (and share the tips, tickets and maybe even the goody bag with you!).
Can I get media accreditation and cover this event for my blog?
This event is for bloggers, so we can’t give media accreditation to everyone in attendance. But if you really want to chat about it, shoot us an email at info@babebox.ca.
